The Life That Didn't Come With Instructions
I'm originally from Moscow. And who could have known that after a serious illness and the loss of my father, I would find myself moving to America in 2016 — starting over, in a city that didn't know my name.
I lived nine years in Los Angeles and loved it with my whole heart. But life has a way of redirecting you when you're ready for something deeper. I'm now building my life on the East Coast, in Charlotte, North Carolina — and I feel how this place brings me back to my roots. The nature here grounds me. It reminds me of home in a way I didn't expect.
But before any of that — there was the harder part. There was a period when my body became the battleground. A parasite. A diagnosis that took time, energy, and certainty from me. Then came grief — losing my father, in ways that left no room for neat conclusions. And through all of it, life kept moving, demanding decisions, direction, presence.
What I discovered in those moments wasn't resilience in the motivational-poster sense. It was something more specific: the ability to find an unconventional solution to an unconventional problem. When the standard answers didn't fit, I learned to ask different questions.
"The most important thing I found in the hardest moments wasn't strength. It was permission — to not have it figured out, and to ask for help anyway."
Because here's what I know to be true: a person needs another person. Not to fix them. Not to have all the answers. But to hold space while they find their own.

Two Worlds, One Person
For years, I lived in a kind of beautiful contradiction. On one side: the corporate world. Leadership roles, structures, teams, results. I was good at it — because building systems and leading people through transformation is genuinely part of how I'm wired.
On the other side: a deep pull toward something less visible. I began studying hypnotherapy and qualified as a hypnotherapist. I explored naturopathy and became certified as a transformational and naturopathic coach. I dove into personality systems, energy work, the subconscious patterns that run us while we think we're making rational decisions.
And for a long time, I tried to hold both worlds inside a single job title. I'd find ways to bring coaching, depth, and inner work into leadership roles — guiding people, creating conditions for growth — but always within structures that felt safe, legible, explainable.

"I kept trying to fit something wild and true into something neat and professional. Until I realised: the duality itself was the message."
Neither world was wrong. Both were me. What I didn't yet understand was that this tension — between the spiritual and the material, between depth and action — wasn't a problem to solve. It was information. My code, trying to be read.
My two non-negotiables through all of it: family — always first, always the anchor. And freedom — the ability to move, to travel, to experience the world alongside the people I love.
I truly believe that travel rewires us. Every new place forces us to act differently — new streets, new sounds, new ways of navigating the unknown. That inevitable newness creates new neural connections. It leads to growth whether we're ready for it or not.
"I didn't find myself sitting still. Some of my most important realisations happened during a retreat on a beach in Mexico, at the summit of Haleakalā on Maui, on the legendary ascent to Machu Picchu, or on a long drive with nowhere specific to be. I found myself in motion — and in the people I chose to take with me."

Coming Back to the Source
All the searching — the certifications, the frameworks, the inner work, the corporate career, the spiritual communities, the years of navigating dualities — eventually brought me back to the simplest and most radical idea:
We are all a code. And the work isn't always to rewrite it — sometimes it's simply to learn how to read it.
We come into this world with a specific configuration. A way of processing, relating, creating, and moving through life. When we're living in alignment with that configuration — in our relationships, our work, our environment — things flow. When we're not, everything costs more than it should.
I believe deeply in the search for purpose — not as a destination, but as an orientation. And I believe that most of us arrive at our essence through our creative function: the thing we do that doesn't feel like effort, that opens us up rather than closing us down.
"The lucky ones find it intuitively — an environment that unlocks them without them even knowing why. The rest of us need to decode it deliberately."
That's what I do now. Through hypnotherapy, personality typing, and deep coaching work, I help people read their own code — and from that reading, make choices that actually fit who they are. In relationships. In business. In life.

Why the Free Test Exists
One of the tools I use with clients is personality typing through the Eniostyle system — a framework that brings together all traditional approaches to personality typing, including ego states, leading modality, body defence types, thinking styles, and much more.
I've made this test completely free on this website because I believe everyone deserves access to self-knowledge. Not as a luxury. As an accessible starting point.
The test will tell you your type, your dual type, your mirror — and point you toward the relationships, environments, and work that fit your actual code. Are you in the right relationship? The right career? Surrounded by the right people?
After you take the test, you're always welcome to reach out. I offer a free 30-minute call to anyone who wants to understand their results more deeply and explore what direction to move in next. No pressure, no agenda — just a conversation between two people, one of whom has spent years learning to read this particular map.
